Case Study: Care Packages for Frontline Workers

Purpose and Goal: GoodWe Australia reached out to our team with an enquiry for the perfect feel-good project. The company had reached a milestone and wanted to celebrate, but in a way that was giving back to those that had been there for us all over the last 18 months. GoodWe Australia had reached out to their clients and asked them to nominate a frontline worker to receive a care package on their behalf. A little something to say a big thank you for all their hard work and continuous dedication throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Outcome: We worked together to curate a gift box that included something these frontline workers could use, keep and enjoy.

Frontline workers are constantly on the go, from working early mornings to night shifts, working overtime and being on call - and while they may not all be coffee drinkers, a hot beverage can go a long way as they start their mornings and carry on throughout their day. Naturally, a classic Keep Cup was the way to go - they're environmentally friendly and and be used time and time again. 

With so much negativity around the COVID-19 pandemic and the immense pressure frontline workers have been under, we needed to include something that would help lift their spirits - something to brighten their day. Insite Mind's 'Oh Happy Day Affirmation Cards' were our top choice - they're perfect to help shift thinking to a positive light and inspire each day. Whether they're kept by the bedside and are the first thing seen in the morning, or kept on the office desk as a positive thought provoker for the not so positive days. 

With goodies the frontline workers could both use and keep, there was still something needed for them to enjoy. And what better way to relax and unwind than with a gorgeously scented candle burning in the living room as they pop their feet up and enjoy their favourite evening soapies and reality tv shows. It was the White Rose & Bergamot scented candle that won it out, and with the subtle scent of delicate flowers and citrus, it's easy to know why. 

With three perfect products, we began bringing these gorgeous gift boxes to life to be shipped across Australia. Every gift box was curated with the care and attention it deserved, and each paired with a personalised, hand written card for its recipient - they were packaged up and sent off to share the love, near and far.
