Sorry, we do not do refunds for change of mind. However, we will accommodate exchanges and returns.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We’re fairly certain that either you or the recipient are going to love their GLOW AND GIFTS box, however we understand that changing our minds happens. In this case, let us know ASAP and we can try and catch it before the box leaves for delivery. If the box makes it to you first, let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and then once we receive the incorrect box back, we will organise for your new choice to be shipped out. To complete your exchange, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
Exchange requests will be accepted within 7 days of your boxes delivery. Please note that exchanges may incur an additional fee dependant on the new box requested, likewise a partial refund will be provided if the requested box is less than the original purchase. Sorry, no exchange or refund on sale items.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If, you have opened the box and found that you have received an incorrect box, we will arrange for a return to occur and once received, we will send out the correct box OR issue a refund. Please email us at email@example.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase and advise us of the box that was mistakenly received.
If you have opened the box and found that an item is defective, we will kindly send you out a replacement of that item. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your invoice number and an image of the defective item.
For returns as a result of our error (received an incorrect box or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
