WHAT IS YOUR REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds/returns or exchange for change of mind.   

If you have opened the gift box and found that you have received an incorrect box, we will arrange for a return to occur and once received, we will send out the correct box OR issue a refund. Please email us at admin@glowandgifts.com.au and provide a receipt or proof of purchase and photo of the box that was mistakenly received.

If you have opened the box and found that an item is defective, we will kindly send you out a replacement of that item OR a refund. Email us at admin@glowandgifts.com.au and provide a receipt or proof of purchase and an image of the defective item.

For returns as a result of our error (ie. received an incorrect box/item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return requests will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Please note refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process.
