When ordered online from our pre-curated collection, gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. 

When ordering from our pre-curated range, shipping is included.  

While we do our best to keep shipping costs low, shipping is an additional cost on create-your-own gifts, per gift & delivery address, as well as individual product purchases.  

At this time our shop gifts and individual orders are only able to ship within Australia. 
We’re so sorry your package is experiencing a delay! Unfortunately, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, our shipping providers are experiencing delivery delays due to limited transportation availability, and some packages may take up to 10-15 days to be delivered. While we do our best to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped out at quickly as possible, certain delays are sadly out of our hands. However, if your order still has not been delivered after 15 days, please reach out via email at admin@glowandgifts.com.au and we’ll be happy to take care of this for you!
We hand-pack your gifts with love and care to ensure the gift arrives to you looking great! If your gift arrives worse for wear, please let us know! Email us at admin@glowandgifts.com.au and our team will be happy to help! 

Due to the custom and personal nature of our gift boxes, all sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on items purchased from our pre-curated range or our create-your-own gift service. On the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged or wrong, reach out to us at admin@glowandgifts.com.au

For items purchased from our individual product lines, we accept returns within 14days of purchase, excluding shipping fees, and provided the item is in an unused and resalable condition.

We sure can! Sometimes less is more, but we’ll work with you to find the sweet spot for an effective use of your branding to your gifts! (minimums apply) 
We love hearing about new products! If you know of a product that would be a great fit for our gifts, feel free to get in touch by emailing our team at admin@glowandgifts.com.au.  
While we do our best to reduce the number of products available on our site that have the potential to melt (such as chocolate and candles), they’re popular products that are constantly being requested. If your gift recipient isn't home and the parcel is left outside in the heat, these items may be impacted. Please note that including items in gift boxes that are subject to melting is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery, and once the gift has left our studio, unless the item is faulty, we do not accept responsibility for chocolate or other items that have been impacted by heat.  
We do stock gifts that include alcohol, however it is important to note that deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over.
